	Engineering & Design Capabilities Metso Engineers can design and enter parts & specifications into SolidWorks allowing them to move from 2D to 3D CAD with ease, ensuring that each steel part is cut to the same exacting specifications and precise dimensions. SolidWorks 3D CAD software allows for accurate 3D models that automate a full range of design and development processes, reducing costs, and improving product quality. This expedites production and increases reliability through use in all of productions CNC and Laser Cutting applications.
	6-Axis Laser & Plasma Cutting Services The pulse of the Fairmont Service Center runs through the fully automated advanced high speed, high accuracy 6-axis 2D/3D Laser and High Definition Plasma cutting machines. 	5-Axis CNC Machining Services The 5-axis Henri Line Drill Mill Machining Center is CNC fully automated and allows for a wide variety of machined parts. Designed to drill & mill header pipes and drums from 3 -4"O.D. to 42"O.D. Any angle hole or surface can be machined while programming is MS-DOS based "Smart Cam" and can be done on a remote. 	Pressure Part Manufacturing Our Lancaster, SC Service Center is a brand new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility with capabilities of fabricating most pressure boiler parts such as: Complete boiler retubes on loose tube bending (cold bending and hot size & squeeze) Membrane tube panels with or without openings and gang bends. Materials include carbon, alloy, stainless, composite and Inconel. Complete or partial Superheater and Reheater elements with attachments. 	Tooling Fairmont holds a large supply of machine tooling in stock. A broad range of tooling provides for fast and efficient turnaround services to our customers. Please note: Longer lead times are expected with specialty tooling requirements.
	Stainless Steel Inventory Fairmont has an extensive inventory in sheet, bar, and welding materials maintained for heat resistant, corrosion resistant, and high temperature alloys. Lancaster stocks many different tube sizes, thicknesses, and materials such as carbon, chrome, stainless and composite. We also stock refractory shapes, tile, insulation and gasket materials as well as boiler trim equipment.
	Outage Services SERVICE: Factory trained field service engineers all with a minimum of (5) years experience, some with over 15 years of experience. Annual boiler and burner tune-ups for Metso equipment or other manufacturer’s equipment can be provided in addition to the following: Conditioning studies for existing boilers to maintain equipment in good condition. Recommend boiler or burner upgrades or repairs. Combustion control upgrades or recalibrations. Burner efficiency test. Low NOx testing. RACT program for coal fired units.
